Powder Manufacturing Sections
Processing area for powder manufacturing is provided in 2 different rooms where crushing, size reducing, Sieving & Mixing occurs whereas filling & labeling is done in a separate area. Area for grinding is approx 300 sq meters and for packaging is about 400 sq meters.
As we mentioned in our liquid section all raw materials are identified by experienced technical staff, thoroughly cleaned and then taken for processing, if single content of formulation is not available we fully avoid processing till that content is available. Sometime it may take time, but we don’t compromise in product quality.
After grinding of raw material sieving is done then mixing of content is done very carefully so that each & every content must available in all part of formulation as per claim. Since there is no facility for quantitative essay so one has to believe to us about product quality, we assure our clients about exact formulation as per claim. We quote prices as a mirror image, in which besides raw material cost, we take 30% of conversion cost and 15% of our margin, and however Price is affected on procurement of raw material and conversion cost in bulk manufacturing.
