We mainly focus on Herbal Pain Balm, and we are regularly taking opportunities for Pain Balms since 1971. We have exclusive range of Vaporizing creams, Inhalers, Liquid Balms; Petroleum Jelly based Balm, Aloe Vera Based Balm. Most of these preparations contain crude drugs of Volatile nature, so it is must necessary to prevent loss of contents during processing. Loss of volatile content results in low efficacy of formulation, to prevent this loss we take special care during processing and also add overages of volatile contents, we regularly adopting advanced technology of processing of Pain Balms, so that there is minimum exposure of content to atmosphere.
There is a separate section for manufacturing for Balms & Creams in our Premises; our production capacity is around 10,000 Nos. per day and we are going to increase this level also.

Packaging Material
There are 3 types of Packaging materials generally used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. There are:
- Containers which are directly in contact with formulation
- Printed Labels & Cartons
- Master packaging
Containers in which we pack our formulation are always pharma grade quality, to ensure prevent of shivering of material of container with formulation. Glass Material is the most suitable packaging for this, but now a day’s Pet jars & HDPE Jars are widely used all over, this is beneficial in transporting and preventing breakage during handling. We only procure good quality of Pet containers & jars, we don’t compromise in quality of Pet and HDPE whether the prices are high, because this affect the goodwill of both of companies in a end user mind, a single word by the end user in negative spoils efforts of yours and ours too. Sometimes clients suggest us to use low quality of container for pricing matter, our straight reply to them only, we can reduce our margin of profit but we will not compromise in the quality.
Mono cartons we mostly use of ITC Make paper or other equivalent material, because product elegance is directly depends on its packaging, both of us must try that we will never give a chance to end user to say – this product is made of some inferior companies.
Once the formulation is ready for sale, it has to be sent to the destination via lorry or by some other mode, our all master pack cartons are made up of 250 GSM craft paper on both side, which ensure proper handling during transportations. This is very important that product at the destination must be same like in warehouse of factory; there should not be any tearing, friction in the packing material.
