Processing Area
Capsule manufacturing area is located on first floor of the building, covering 250 sq meter area with fully air-conditioning facility. We have spare parts of two sizes of Hard Gelatin capsules – (0) & (00).

All formulations are set by our CEO on behalf of his experience, some of are also suggested by our valued clients. We always suggest using Extracts of Raw Material in capsule form to increase the efficacy of product as well as to compensate the doses of drugs. In Ayurveda doses of herbs are much higher up to 10 gm at a time, so this is not practical to use the herb in powder form, that’s why Extracts of the crude drugs used.

Quality Assurance
Once the capsules manufactured besides general quality test, it is must compulsory to check essay, some of contents are added in a very small quantities so to ensure proper mixing this is the best way to check presence of that particular content in a single dose/course of dose. We always confirm at our end by performing qualitative essay, and when this pass the test only then consignment is sent to buyer.
